The days are getting more and more exciting as I prepare to leave for my first Habitat for Humanity Global Village work trip to Zacapa, Guatemala. Last week I read about how God reveals His plans and purposes for our lives through His Word. It encouraged me to read and meditate on His Word. To ask Him to keep me aware that His plans and purposes and to show me ways I can be used in getting His work done, so that I might bring Him glory. This week I heard a song that said, "You raise me up to more than I can be." I can do so little on my own, but He can raise me up to more than I could ever imagine! I am looking forward to seeing what it is He has planned for me on this trip.
If all goes well, I hope to be able to post at least a few times while I am away.
